Russia pledges money to those affected by fires

Russia has sent its army in to battle forest fires that are threatening dozens of towns and villages.
At least 28 people have died in the thick smoke and flames that have caused rescue services to evacuate at least 300 homes in the village of Maslovka.
Many homes in the area have been reduced to rubble through the fire-storm, which has been labelled a catastrophe by the Russian government.
The death toll from the fires has been registered as 25 people.
All of the army's fire trucks have been despatched from Moscow to the hottest regions in Russia, where over 214,000 acres of forest and peat bog has been burning in shockingly hot conditions.
Many regions in Russia have been suffering through their hottest summer since record-keeping began 130 years ago.
On the weekend, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin announced that $100,000 would be allocated for each of the homes destroyed so far.

Why not do the inevitable? You may need to do so at the last resort.

Tromso is very near to the Russia accessible from the Barents Sea. There is also one in the North Sea of the UK. There is one in Australia right in the center of the Australian continent. There is one in Arecibo, Puerto Rico.
You made a big mistake at the beginning of the year in allowing the launch of the supposedly called US weather and communications satellite in Khazakstan. Next time, all business dealings in Russia with foreign companies like the Western ones should go to the FSB and the department of national defense for screening. You should have never provided rocket boosters to any Western governments or Western allies.
We are afraid that time is running out. When winter comes, they are going to freeze livestocks and us to death by messing up with the jetstream. Now is the time for all the governments (the Western governments are complicit to the Western bankers and not accountable to their people) to start screening all natural gas sites in their respective countries for hidden microwave emf sites. Even government officials are corrupted and they will go along with the bankers' game to kill billions of human beings and livestocks for money.
