Tennessee Electronic Library Launches Kids' Site

NASHVILLE, Tenn.  — A variety of resources to help elementary school children with their classwork is now available on one website. The Tennessee Electronic Library has a new feature called Kids InfoBits. With a few mouse clicks, students can use Kids InfoBits to get concise, easy-to-read information about various subjects, including the dawn of the electronic age, the seven wonders of the ancient world and the origin of the symbols used by the country?s two major political parties. Kids InfoBits is one of several new online databases available under the "Homework Help" section of the kids? page.
